How long does delivery take and how much does it cost? add remove

Orders will be processed and delivered within 12 working days of an order being placed. For delivery, we have 2 options open to SACAP clients.

The first option is for the client to collect at your campus library at no charge. Delivery to campuses will be based on when the next shipment is delivered i.e. weekly.

The second option available to clients is a door to door delivery which is R150 all over SA based on economy shipping.

There is an option to ship internationally, please contact us for more details.

Will my order be tracked? add remove

Yes, We use Aramex and yes, they do have a track and trace system.


Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law? add remove

Yes, our customers are entitled to exchange for the same product if there is a sizing issue. Please see our refunds policy for more details.

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? add remove

Yes, please contact us within 30 days, a 20% handling fee will be charged and the customer will pay for freight charge.
